Experience the Mountain Biking and Beauty in the City of Ashville

Image
Mountain biking involves riding specially designed bikes for handling rough terrain. It can be utter joy riding a mountain bike down steep rocky ground. And your heart will be questioning all the time that am I going to crash or will I make it down this hill. My heart is beating a mile a minute. It absolutely is a natural high when you are flying down your local Brevard Mountain Biking trail.  Checking Out the Rider Condition: For Extreme Mountain biking, the condition of the rider is just as important as the condition of the mountain bike. Being in good physical condition will help you on the steep inclines and over the rough trails associated with cross country circuits. But just because you're a little soft around the middle, don't let it discourage you from hitting the trails. Start slow and work your way up to more difficult courses, and incorporate strength conditioning into your workout to get the most out of this form of extreme mountain biking. Many people cho...

Without the hassle of being truck tugged, completing our Asheville Whitewater rafting was quite adventurous. And that is certainly not an easy job. Travel guide to Brevard during solar eclipse

Brevard is addressed as the “Land of Waterfalls” and there are good reasons behind that. Visitors here bask dozens of waterfalls on the DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Though the area is at the northern edge of the total solar eclipse and just experiences a minute of complete darkness, this will still be one of the best places in North Carolina to spend a weekend for the celestial event along with a travel guide to Brevard . 1.Blue Ridge Parkway- Just 45 minutes drive from Brevard, the Blue Ridge Parkway has many viewing opportunities for the total solar eclipse. But this will also be among some of the most coveted real estate on the day of the eclipse, and traffic may turn out to be a nightmare for you. 2.Brevard College- Some new students joined Brevard College on August 21, the same day as the eclipse was. Instead of postponing the move-in, the college rather decided to have an eclipse viewing party on the front lawn at the entra...

How I got involved in mountain biking

Image
It was a humid Saturday morning as I had one foot clipped into my mountain bike while there should have been 30 of us lined up on to starting line of this 15 mile mountain bike race. I glanced at the other competitors, some of whom what looked like a ball of fire in their eyes while others have ripped leg muscles. They all sat onto their bikes, some of which were carbon fiber bikes, full suspension and hard tail bikes and even a few 29 ers. Here I am with only a year of experience riding on single track trails. Before the gunshot was heard during Boone Mountain biking, I kept my hands relaxed on the handle bar grips, only letting go to ensure my gloves were on tight, my helmet was modified properly and I took some sips from the Camelbak hydration system that was strapped to me. I thought about what led me to purchase a mountain bike along with a travel guide to Brevard , how long would it take before I would become confident enough to ride through rugged terrain, switch...
