We went to Asheville, North Carolina, We had no idea there were so many awesome Things to Do Outdoors in Asheville NC , mainly for adventure lovers. Our days were spent adventuring around the area and suffering the natural beauty on offer. Grandfather Mountain is one of the highest peaks in the Blue Ridge mountain range of North Carolina. The attraction of the mountain is the swinging bridge, which links two of the mountain’s rocky peaks. The highest of the grandfather mountain is 5946ft or 1812mt.The holiday makers can take wide ranging glimpse from Grandfather Mountain . There is mini zoo in which a visitor can see wildlife habitats like black bears, mountain lion, eagles, river otters and deer. Grandfather Mountain is maintained by a nonprofit organization only with the income of ticket selling price. Grandfather mountain is open throughout the year expect Christmas.
